This policy describes how the internal Progressive Love Academy operations application ("the App") accesses and uses data from Google services. The App is an internal tool operated by Progressive Love Academy for its own business operations and is not offered to the public.
With the account owner's explicit consent, the App accesses the following Google data for the connected Google Account:
Data accessed through the App is used solely to carry out Progressive Love Academy's internal business operations (for example, preparing and organizing documents, reviewing shared materials, and tracking operational correspondence). The App does not use this data for advertising, and it is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties.
The App accesses data on demand to perform operational tasks. Any information retained is kept only as long as needed for those operations and is stored securely with access limited to authorized operators.
The App's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The account owner can revoke the App's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
